Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Telehealth Nurse to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing virtual healthcare services to patients, including conducting assessments, providing education and support, and coordinating with other healthcare providers as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct virtual consultations with patients, assessing their health concerns and providing appropriate care and treatment. - Educate patients on their conditions, treatment plans, and self-care strategies. - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation. - Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans. - Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families. - Stay current on telehealth best practices and technology updates. - Adhere to all HIPAA and patient confidentiality guidelines. Qualifications: - Active RN license in the state of California. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a telehealth or remote care environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Comfortable using technology and virtual platforms for patient consultations. - Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
