Title: Respiratory Manager Status: Full-Time Location: Russellville, AR Salary: Salary to be discussed by Bryant Staffing Solutions Recruiter Bonus: Negotiable Visa Support: No Visa Sponsorship Available Position Overview Our patner Bryant staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Respiratory Manager to oversee daily operations of its respiratory therapy department. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards while supporting staff development and departmental performance. Key Responsibilities Direct and manage daily departmental operations to align with organizational goals Lead staff recruitment, scheduling, payroll oversight, performance evaluations, and professional development Provide guidance on conflict resolution, coaching, and corrective actions when necessary Monitor departmental budgets, vendor relationships, and resource utilization Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies, including HIPAA Oversee equipment, supplies, and procurement processes to maintain operational readiness Evaluate patient care quality and coordinate services across clinical teams and departments Deliver hands-on patient care support when needed Maintain strong communication with internal teams, physicians, and external partners Schedule Full-Time Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Additional coverage for open shifts as needed Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education Certified Respiratory Care Therapist with a current Arkansas state license Leadership or management experience strongly preferred Preferred Qualifications Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 1 month of hire Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 6 months of hire Key Skills Required Team leadership and staff development Regulatory compliance and healthcare operations Budget and resource management Patient care coordination Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Why This Location?
