We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a local dedicated grocery delivery position in North Hatfield, MA . This is a consistent, high-paying opportunity with daily home time and steady routes. Position Details: Location: North Hatfield, MA (01038) Home Time: Daily Job Type: Local – Dedicated Account Schedule: 5 days/week (Days off: Sunday & Tuesday) Start Time: ~2:30 AM Shift Length: 12–14 hours 6th Day: Required during holiday peak periods Pay & Compensation: $0.52 – $0.56 CPM Average miles: ~1,500/week Average annual pay: $95,000 – $110,000 $50/day minimum (must work full schedule) $42 per NYC borough stop $45 lift gate stop pay $21 drop & hook pay Detention pay ($15/hour after qualifying conditions) $200/day training pay $20/hour safety training $160/day holiday pay Operating Area: 350-mile radius of North Hatfield, MA Primary deliveries to NYC boroughs & Long Island (80–90%) Additional routes in NJ, MA, VT, RI, NH, ME, PA, and Upstate NY Job Duties: Deliver fresh and frozen grocery freight Multi-stop routes (15–20 stops/week) Typically one long route per day Occasional second short run if hours allow Electric pallet jack unloading Occasional backhauls and returns Customer-facing deliveries Equipment: Automatic day cabs (assigned) 46'–53' reefer trailers Slip-seat operation Trucks cannot be taken home New electric pallet jacks provided Uniforms provided Requirements: Valid Class A CDL Minimum 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience Must meet DOT and safety requirements Must be willing to deliver into NYC daily Must be able to handle physical unloading Must be comfortable with early morning start times Must have reliable transportation to/from the account Must be willing to work holidays Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision (after 30 days) 401(k) with company match PTO starting Day 1 Paid holidays (6 per year) Life insurance options Short- & long-term disability Mental health benefits Paid parental leave Paid online orientation (Direct-to-Work) This is a strong opportunity for drivers who want consistent local work, high earnings, and daily home time .
