We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a local dedicated grocery delivery position based in Hatfield, MA . This is a high-paying, home-daily opportunity with consistent freight and strong weekly earnings. Position Details: Location: Hatfield, MA (01038) Home Time: Daily Operating Area: 350-mile radius (NYC Boroughs & Long Island) Schedule: 5 days/week (Days off: Sunday & Tuesday) Start Time: ~2:30 AM Shift Length: 12–14 hours 6th Day: Required during peak holiday seasons Pay & Compensation: $0.52 – $0.56 CPM Average miles: ~1,500/week Average annual pay: ~$110,000 $50/day ($250 weekly minimum if full schedule worked) $42 per NYC borough stop $45 lift gate stop pay $21 drop & hook pay $160/day holiday pay Job Duties: Fresh and frozen grocery deliveries 15–20 stops per week Electric pallet jack unloading (driver assist) Occasional pickups and backhauls Customer-facing deliveries Frequent NYC and Long Island routes Equipment: Automatic day cabs Assigned trucks (cannot be taken home) Newer equipment (avg ~3 years old) Uniforms provided Requirements: Valid Class A CDL Minimum 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience Must meet DOT and safety requirements Must be willing to drive in NYC daily Must be able to handle physical unloading Must be comfortable with early morning start times Reliable personal transportation required Must be willing to work holidays and peak schedules Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision (after 30 days) 401(k) with company match PTO starting Day 1 Paid holidays Life, disability, and mental health benefits Paid parental leave Paid orientation This is a great opportunity for drivers who want high pay, consistent local routes, and daily home time .
