Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to lead our fast-paced operations in Rancho Cucamonga, CA . In this hands-on role, you'll oversee the full spectrum of daily warehouse activities—from inbound receiving and storage to picking, packing, outbound shipping, and efficient returns processing—while ensuring smooth cross-border logistics (particularly China-to-USA flows). Key Responsibilities : Supervise daily operations: receiving/inbound, shelving/storing, picking, packing, outbound shipping, and returns processing. Act as a liaison with customer service to resolve order issues, complaints, exceptions, and manage reverse logistics for returns. Train team members on SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and safety protocols. Monitor quality, efficiency, and KPIs; suggest process improvements. Support the warehouse manager with inventory counts, cycle counts, and operational reporting. Requirements : 3+ years of warehouse operations experience, with familiarity in cross-border logistics and warehousing (especially China-to-USA flows). Knowledge of returns handling and customer service processes; strong problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and standard office software (e.g., Excel, Google Workspace). English and Chinese communication skills are preferred.
