DTI - BSA Change Management, functional specs

Service New Brunswick (SNB) requires one Business Systems Analyst 3 with a specific focus on business transformation and change management. The senior Business System Analyst should have a technical background with good comprehension of SQL, they must have a strong ability to read complex Data models & Database schemas and the ability to relate those to business requirements and the application screens. They should also have business change management experience with an ability to identify and pragmatically respond to user acceptance of business change. They are required to have experience in analysing and documenting at a detailed technical level the current state functionality and developing subsequent functional and technical specifications to meet future state requirements, for developers to consume and build from. They will need experience in designing end user screens, reports and data exports as needed to interface to Fusion. They will also be required to document test scenarios in conjunction with a quality specialist and support the creation of UAT test cases and to create System Test cases and data. SNB will only consider proposals identifying one candidate to fill each requested role. If bidding multiple candidates, they MUST be submitted as separate proposals to be scored individually. DELIVERABLES The successful candidate must deliver the following to successfully complete the engagement: 1. Business Change Management Coordination: Contribute to an ERP Change Management Assessment and integrated communication, engagement, and training plan. Coordinate with the ERP Change Management team on change activities and be the knowledge base of the change impacts. 2. Current State Analysis/Future State development: Review, update and improve current state documentation and contribute to future state planning and development. 3. Functional specifications: Develop, review and get approval of Functional Specifications. Acceptable deliverable formats are Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Visio as required Deliverable approvals will be based on the PID, routed via the PM.
