Senior Trust & Estate Litigation Attorney

Multi-service law firm, is seeking a Senior Trust & Estate Litigation Attorney to join our Trust & Estate Litigation group. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Trusts and Estates litigation and a demonstrated interest in providing advice and counsel to clients with a broad spectrum of Trusts and Estates issues. Additionally, the candidate should bring at least a partial book of portable business. Requirements Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school Active membership in the State Bar of California Minimum of 8 years of experience in Trust & Estate litigation Strong analytical, negotiation, consulting, and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Excellent reputation for integrity and collegiality among both bench and bar Key Responsibilities Represent senior citizens and their families in financial elder abuse litigation. Represent trustees, executors, administrators and beneficiaries in trust and probate litigation, including: Contests based upon lack of capacity, undue influence, or fraud; Negligent management of assets; Failure to account, or Inadequate accounting; Co-trustee disputes; Removal and surcharge actions; Breach of fiduciary duty (lack of impartiality, self-dealing & secret profits) Supervise and mentor associates
