Occupational Therapist (OT) – Permanent New London, New Hampshire Outpatient Rehab Full-Time | Monday–Friday (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) Compensation Hourly Pay: $37.35 – $57.74/hour $78,000 to $120,000 Annually depending on experience Direct Hire Opportunity Position Overview Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) for a permanent position in New London, NH . This role focuses on outpatient rehabilitation , treating a variety of upper extremity, orthopedic, and neurological conditions in a patient-centered clinical setting. Requirements Active New Hampshire OT License (or eligibility) BLS Certification (AHA) Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Experience in outpatient OT strongly preferred Strong knowledge of: Orthopedic and post-operative care Neurological impairments Upper extremity conditions Position Details Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Setting: Outpatient Rehab Patient Population: Adults and geriatrics (with occasional broader population) Duration: Permanent / Long-term role Additional Responsibilities Maintain accurate and timely documentation Supervise OTAs, aides, and students as needed Participate in department initiatives and performance improvement Ensure compliance with safety and clinical standards
