RCM OPERATIONS MANAGER (HEALTHCARE BPO) Position Title: RCM Operations Manager (Healthcare BPO) Location: Colombia / Honduras International Relocation Opportunity Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced RCM Operations Manager to lead end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management operations for U.S.-based healthcare clients. This role is responsible for overseeing large-scale BPO teams, optimizing revenue workflows, ensuring compliance, and driving financial performance across the full RCM lifecycle. About Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) RCM is the process healthcare providers use to manage financial operations from patient registration to final payment collection.
