RCM OPERATIONS MANAGER (HEALTHCARE BPO) Position Title: RCM Operations Manager (Healthcare BPO) Location: Colombia / Honduras International Relocation Opportunity Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced RCM Operations Manager to lead end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management operations for U.S.-based healthcare clients. This role is responsible for overseeing large-scale BPO teams, optimizing revenue workflows, ensuring compliance, and driving financial performance across the full RCM lifecycle. About Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) RCM is the process healthcare providers use to manage financial operations from patient registration to final payment collection. Front-End (Pre-Service) Insurance eligibility verification Pre-authorizations Patient intake & registration Appointment scheduling Focus: Prevent revenue leakage early Mid-Cycle (During Service) Medical coding (ICD-10, CPT) Clinical documentation Charge entry Focus: Ensure accurate billing Back-End (Post-Service – Core Revenue) Claims submission Denials management Insurance follow-ups Collections Payment posting Focus: Maximize revenue and cash flow Key Responsibilities Operations Leadership Lead and manage teams of 40–150+ FTEs Supervise Team Leaders and Supervisors Ensure SLA, productivity, and quality metrics Revenue Performance Improve collection rates Reduce denial rates Manage AR days and backlog Drive financial outcomes for U.S. clients Process Optimization Implement Lean / Six Sigma initiatives Standardize workflows across RCM functions Identify automation opportunities Client Management (U.S. Healthcare Clients) Lead operational calls and reporting Conduct QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) Manage escalations and expectations Requirements 5–10+ years in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management Proven BPO experience (mandatory) Experience managing large teams (40+ FTEs) Strong knowledge of End-to-End RCM (Front, Mid, Back) Systems: Epic, Cerner, Athena, Kareo (preferred) English level: C1 / C2 (Fluent – required for client interaction) Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary in USD International exposure Career growth into Senior Operations / Director roles High-demand Healthcare industry stability Work Model Offshore / Hybrid / Relocation depending on project Must be open to working with U.S. clients and time zones Success Metrics (KPIs) Collection Rate % Denial Rate % AR Days First Pass Resolution Productivity per FTE Quality Assurance Scores Why Join This Role Direct exposure to U.S. healthcare systems High-impact revenue-driven role Leadership growth opportunity International career path How to Apply If you are ready to take the next step in your career, please submit: Updated Resume (PDF format) Updated LinkedIn Profile Link A brief statement (maximum 7 lines) explaining why you are the ideal candidate, highlighting your passion for development and growth mindset .
