This role is centered on delivering consistent, clean, client-ready images at scale. About the Role This is a production-oriented position where speed, consistency, and efficiency matter most. The ideal candidate is trainable, process-driven, and comfortable working in structured workflows. Responsibilities Edit full real estate photo galleries using Lightroom and Photoshop Apply presets and ensure consistent color correction across batches Adjust exposure, white balance, highlights, and shadows for natural results Remove distractions (objects, reflections, imperfections) using clone and AI tools Crop and align images following composition guidelines Export final images according to naming and formatting standards Role Requirements Experience with high-volume editing workflows (real estate or e-commerce preferred) Strong command of Adobe Lightroom (batch editing) and Photoshop Ability to maintain consistency across large sets of images Strong attention to detail while balancing speed and efficiency Comfortable following structured processes and editing guidelines Work Environment Production-oriented role (not focused on creative/artistic retouching) Emphasis on efficiency, repeatability, and clean execution Remote Why Join Us Work with a US-based client in the photography industry Be part of a streamlined, process-driven team Remote flexibility with consistent workflows Opportunity to grow in high-volume editing environments ready.
