Cross Border Talents is hiring freelance Talent Sourcers to recruit fresh-entry and mid-level candidates for Business Support & BPO roles across Europe and North Africa. Requirements: Fluent English (interviews in English) 6+ months of recruitment/talent sourcing experience Proficient with sourcing tools, job boards & networks 30+ hrs/week availability Resilient, positive, target-driven, financially secure (pay per hire, no fixed salary) Not currently working with any recruitment agency Responsibilities: Identify & attract top talent using creative sourcing methods - 70% active sourcing Conduct interviews & assess candidates' qualifications Follow up the operation plan with the team leader to understand hiring needs and the USPs Manage candidate pipelines & maintain strong communication with candidates & clients Draft and post engaging job ads 30% passive sourcing We Offer: Global, multicultural work environment Pay-per-hire (uncapped commissions) Flexible schedule Growth & learning opportunities
