About Us We are a Cyprus-based digital services company operating under the brand BoFu Digital, providing B2B services including marketing, technology, analytics, and operational support to international brands. One of the projects we support operates within the i-Gaming industry and focuses on LATAM markets. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager. Job Overview We are seeking a data-driven Marketing Manager to lead user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Reporting directly to the CMO, you will manage a team of 5–10 marketing specialists and play a key role in scaling performance across multiple channels and markets. This role is ideal for someone with a strong performance marketing mindset, hands-on experience in iGaming, and the ability to drive measurable results in a fast-paced environment.
