Positioned as a social and experience-led resort, it caters to families, couples, and young-at-heart travelers seeking a distinctive escape combining relaxation, activities, and a strong sense of community. Key Responsibilities Lead the financial strategy and planning across the cluster during pre-opening phase Act as a key advisor to senior leadership and ownership, providing strategic financial direction Drive financial performance, investment decisions, and long-term value creation Establish and implement financial structures, policies, and reporting frameworks across all properties Lead the development of pre-opening budgets, forecasts, and cash flow strategies Ensure readiness of systems, controls, and processes prior to opening Oversee all financial operations across multiple properties, ensuring consistency and accuracy Lead financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis at cluster level Monitor cash flow, financial risks, and overall performance Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax requirements, and corporate standards Establish and maintain robust internal controls and audit processes Oversee financial governance across all properties within the cluster Partner closely with operations to support commercial strategy and business performance Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve profitability Support procurement strategy, contract negotiations, and cost optimisation Build, lead, and develop finance teams across the cluster Establish clear structures, accountability, and performance standards Support recruitment, onboarding, and capability building during pre-opening What we are looking for Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/ACCA preferred) 10+ years of hospitality finance experience, including multi-property and pre-opening exposure Strong experience in financial strategy, governance, and system implementation In-depth understanding of local financial regulations, tax, and compliance requirements Proven ability to lead finance functions in complex, multi-asset environments Strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders Advanced proficiency in financial systems (PMS, POS, ERP) and reporting tools Fluent in English and Arabic JOINING OUR TEAM MEANS Competitive Compensation : A rewarding package tailored to your experience.
