Job Description: To develop and specify project outputs aligned to client requirements and briefs Assist in the pricing and developing project estimates in line with specifications Deliver small to mid-scale projects unassisted, including full project management including contract administration duties for the contractor Collaborate with various teams and hold meetings to develop project plans and present them to upper-level management before starting the project To be able to efficiently procure goods and services for a variety of projects To be comfortable working with both internal and external resources as required To ensure all projects are delivered to the right cost and quality meeting the programme To ensure technical standards and statutory compliance for the projects delivered Work with the project managers and the wider team to manage large fit-outs and ensure a smooth handover to customers Assist in the evaluation of development schemes, conduct research and present the information to allow informed decisions to be made Candidate Description: Qualified in higher level construction related study A focused individual who is determined to learn and develop and progress their career Someone who is highly organised, has meticulous attention to detail and is passionate about getting things done on time. Always seeks out value in their work.
