WERE HIRING SOCIAL WORKERS (MSW PREFERRED) Full-Time & Part-Time (Flexible Contract Opportunities) Background: SIEL Human Solutions, in collaboration with our client Saskatchewan Medical Association, is looking to hire Part-Time and Full-Time Social Worker positions across the province of Saskatchewan. These positions are part of a newly developed Innovation Fund between the Saskatchewan Government and medical clinics across Saskatchewan with the aim of improving patient access and quality care through team-based support, that will deliver better access to primary care in the province of Saskatchewan. These positions are temporary contract roles that run until March 31, 2027, with the possibility of an extension. We welcome independent contractor applicants and those looking for flexible work arrangements and schedules. Description: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM No weekends, night shifts or extended shifts! Flexible schedule options available Relocation assistance is available Excellent training, mentorship, and professional growth opportunities Job Responsibilities: You will provide brief and longer-term therapeutic support across the lifespan using trauma-informed, strengths-based approaches Your work will include comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, individualized care planning, crisis intervention and safety planning, and targeted brief therapies suited to a fast-paced clinical environment Requirements: MSW or BSW with a minimum of 1 year of clinical experience working with complex patients Eligibility for registration with the Saskatchewan College of Social Workers or equivalent Ability to deliver evidence-informed therapy, coordinate complex care plans, and address social determinants that affect health Strong communication skills with the ability to balance therapeutic work with practical advocacy to reduce barriers to care Send your CV & Cover Letter to: office@sielhumansolutions.com
