Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize all inbound and outbound logistics operations for raw materials, components, and finished goods. Negotiate contracts with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics service providers to secure favorable terms. Recommended Qualifications 5+ years of progressive experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and logistics management software. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team, with strong communication and negotiation skills. In-depth knowledge of inventory management, warehousing operations, and transportation optimization. Bonus Qualifications APICS CSCP or CLTD certification. Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification. Proficiency with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Experience with specific WMS or TMS implementations (e.g., SAP EWM, Blue Yonder, Manhattan). Knowledge of international customs regulations and global trade compliance.
