Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation of Lean manufacturing principles and tools (e.g., 5S, SMED, Kanban, VSM) across production operations. Identify and eliminate waste (Muda) in manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost. Conduct process analysis, time studies, and root cause analysis to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement. Develop, implement, and maintain standard work procedures and visual management systems. Train and mentor manufacturing teams on Lean methodologies and continuous improvement practices. Facilitate Kaizen events and workshops to drive rapid improvements and problem-solving. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency, quality, and cost, driving data-driven improvements. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or related Engineering field. 3+ years of experience implementing Lean manufacturing principles and tools in a production environment. Demonstrated proficiency with Lean methodologies (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen, SMED, Standard Work). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, utilizing data-driven approaches. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
