Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field. Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
