Key Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure working environment. Manage inventory levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and implement strategies to minimize discrepancies. Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a productive and motivated team. Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs. Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and receipts, utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS). Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics departments to ensure timely and accurate material flow. Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in warehouse operations. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field. Proven experience in warehouse operations management, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of inventory management principles, WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop warehouse staff. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse setting.
