Key Responsibilities Lead and optimize the end-to-end flow of materials and information from raw material receipt to finished goods shipment. Identify and eliminate waste (muda) and non-value-adding activities within the value stream through Lean principles. Develop and implement strategies to improve lead times, throughput, and overall operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, engineering, quality, supply chain) to ensure seamless value stream execution. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the value stream and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Manage and develop the value stream team, fostering a culture of accountability and problem-solving. Implement and maintain visual management tools and systems to enhance transparency and control. Drive cost reduction initiatives and ensure adherence to budget within the value stream. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Strong understanding of value stream mapping, bottleneck analysis, and process optimization. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change initiatives. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach. Experience with production planning, scheduling, and inventory management. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
