Key Responsibilities Lead the identification, mapping, and optimization of end-to-end value streams to improve flow and reduce waste. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean principles and methodologies within the value stream. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, engineering, supply chain, quality) to resolve bottlenecks and enhance overall performance. Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure value stream health and track progress towards strategic goals. Champion a culture of problem-solving and empower teams to identify and implement solutions. Manage resources and budgets allocated to value stream improvement projects. Facilitate regular value stream reviews and status updates to stakeholders. Ensure alignment of value stream activities with organizational strategy and customer requirements. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Strong understanding of value stream mapping, bottleneck analysis, and process optimization techniques. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change initiatives. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Experience with production planning, scheduling, and inventory management. Solid communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
