Key Responsibilities Lead and optimize the entire value stream from raw material to customer delivery. Identify and eliminate waste within the value stream through lean methodologies. Develop and implement strategies to improve flow, reduce lead times, and increase throughput. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and performance across all stages of the value stream. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track value stream efficiency and effectiveness. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing principles and value stream mapping. Demonstrated ability to identify and eliminate waste in production processes. Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain, and logistics. Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
