Key Responsibilities Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the entire value stream to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase throughput. Develop and implement strategies to optimize material flow, inventory levels, and lead times from raw materials to finished goods. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, engineering, supply chain, quality) to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the value stream, reporting on performance and driving corrective actions. Lead and mentor teams within the value stream, fostering a culture of problem-solving and operational excellence. Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet production targets and customer demands. Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the value stream. Identify and implement technological advancements and best practices to modernize manufacturing processes. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen). Demonstrated success in identifying and eliminating waste within manufacturing processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose inefficiencies and develop solutions. Excellent leadership and communication skills to drive cross-functional team collaboration. Experience with value stream mapping and process optimization tools.
