Key Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of raw materials and finished goods. Manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy, minimize stockouts, and optimize storage space utilization. Implement and enforce safety procedures and regulations to maintain a secure and hazard-free warehouse environment. Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff, assigning tasks and monitoring performance. Develop and implement efficient warehouse layout and workflows to improve productivity and reduce operational costs. Maintain and manage warehouse equipment, ensuring proper functioning and scheduling maintenance. Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics departments to ensure smooth material flow and timely delivery. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking inventory, managing orders, and generating reports. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience (5+ years) in warehouse operations management, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of inventory management systems (WMS) and best practices. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
