Key Responsibilities Develop, execute, and document validation protocols for manufacturing equipment, processes, and software. Write and review validation plans, IQ/OQ/PQ reports, and other validation documentation. Identify and implement validation strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA). Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Engineering, to define validation scope and requirements. Troubleshoot validation deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs). Maintain and update validation master plans and associated documentation. Participate in change control activities related to validated systems. Train personnel on validation procedures and best practices. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Biomedical) or a related scientific field. Proven experience in developing and executing validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ) for manufacturing processes and equipment. Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), FDA regulations (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11, Part 210/211), and other relevant quality standards. Experience with statistical analysis and data interpretation for validation studies. Proficiency in using validation software and tools (e.g., validation lifecycle management systems, statistical software). Excellent technical writing skills for creating clear, concise, and accurate validation documentation.
