Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for all manufacturing personnel, covering safety, operational procedures, quality standards, and equipment operation. Assess training needs through performance reviews, skill gap analysis, and feedback from department managers. Design and deliver engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, hands-on exercises, and e-learning modules. Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring minimal disruption to production schedules. Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, performance monitoring, and feedback mechanisms. Maintain accurate training records, including attendance, completion dates, and assessment results. Identify and vet external training providers or subject matter experts when specialized training is required. Stay current with industry best practices and regulatory requirements to ensure training content remains relevant and compliant. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in developing, implementing, and managing training programs, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training technologies. Ability to assess training needs, develop curriculum, and measure training effectiveness.
