Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the tool room, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks. Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. Excellent leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to manage a team. Knowledge of inventory management and control systems for tooling.
