Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments, verifying accuracy against purchase orders and packing slips. Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate documentation, proper packaging, and adherence to shipping regulations. Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse, utilizing a systematic approach for efficient retrieval. Operate forklift and other material handling equipment safely and effectively to move goods. Conduct cycle counts and physical inventories to maintain accurate stock levels. Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments regarding shipment status and discrepancies. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping and receiving area. Process shipping and receiving paperwork, including bills of lading and manifests.
