Travel Specialist (Spanish Speaking)- Nairobi

Introduction We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, service-driven team player to join the Lodge Reservations Team . Brand & Values Alignment Uphold and embody the company values, particularly: Care of the People Care of the Land Care of the Wildlife Duties & Responsibilities Key Outputs Communication & Relationship Management Maintain constant and consistent communication with: Colleagues Travel agents Tour operators Guests Suppliers via telephone and email . Build and nurture strong professional relationships with international travel partners and service providers. Itinerary Planning & Sales Creatively design and plan bespoke FIT leisure itineraries across East Africa for international guests and travel partners. Proactively sell company products and services while ensuring the best possible travel experience for each guest. Respond promptly to enquiries and work towards converting them into confirmed bookings . Reservations Management Manage the full reservations process , including: Initial enquiry Quotation Final confirmation Invoicing Preparation of travel documentation Coordinate bookings with: Lodges Camps Airlines Guides Ground handling teams Ensure seamless service delivery . Monitor bookings from enquiry stage through to completion of travel . Documentation & Accuracy Prepare accurate: Quotations Itineraries Invoices Travel documents Ensure all guest preferences, special requests, and logistical requirements are captured and communicated effectively. Maintain high levels of attention to detail to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction. Service Delivery & Operational Support Ensure all turnaround times are adhered to according to company Standard Operating Procedures . Deliver prompt, professional, and reliable service at all times. Provide operational support and backup for colleagues when they are away from the office. Participate in weekend and public holiday duty on a rotational basis. Continuous Learning & Product Knowledge Continuously expand destination and product knowledge through: Training sessions Workshops Educational opportunities Stay up to date with: New safari products Lodges Experiences Destination developments within East Africa . Desired Experience & Qualification Key Requirements Experience Minimum 3 – 5 years experience in: Luxury safari reservations Tour consulting Education Diploma, Higher Diploma or Degree in: Tourism Management Related fields Knowledge Strong knowledge of East African safari destinations and logistics . Knowledge of South and Southern Africa is an added advantage . Language Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish . Technical Skills Proficiency in: Reservation systems Microsoft Office In-depth knowledge of Tourplan or a similar booking system. Working knowledge of WETU or other related systems. Interested?
