Key Responsibilities Supervise and direct the daily activities of a production team to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to schedules. Monitor production processes to identify and resolve operational issues, ensuring quality standards are met. Train and mentor team members on proper procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation. Allocate tasks and resources effectively to meet production targets and deadlines. Conduct regular performance feedback and evaluations for team members. Maintain a safe and organized work environment, enforcing all safety regulations. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, including direct experience supervising a team. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, safety regulations, and quality control standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively motivate and guide employees. Ability to troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions. Demonstrated proficiency in production scheduling, resource allocation, and performance monitoring. Experience with lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement initiatives is a plus.
