The Opportunity We partner with manufacturers across Allendale seeking Working Supervisors who want more than a lateral move. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily production activities to ensure targets are met and quality standards are maintained. Train, mentor, and supervise a team of production associates, providing guidance and feedback. Monitor and enforce safety regulations and procedures on the production floor. Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime. Coordinate with other departments, such as maintenance and quality control, to ensure smooth operations. Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods as needed. Conduct performance reviews and address employee concerns. Ensure adherence to production schedules and deadlines. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control procedures, and safety regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve production targets. Experience with scheduling, performance management, and conflict resolution. Proficiency in using manufacturing software and technology.
