Key Responsibilities Oversee daily production operations, ensuring workflow efficiency and adherence to schedules. Supervise and mentor a team of production associates, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. Monitor quality control standards, identifying and addressing any deviations from specifications. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment. Troubleshoot production issues, implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime and waste. Manage material flow and inventory levels, coordinating with relevant departments. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a leadership or supervisory capacity. Ability to motivate and guide a team to meet production goals. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus. Bonus Qualifications - Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives. - Proficiency in root cause analysis techniques (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams). - Basic understanding of preventative maintenance schedules and procedures. - First Aid/CPR certification. - Experience with a specific ERP or MES system relevant to the company's operations.
