Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for all products. Balance production capacity with customer demand and inventory targets. Collaborate with sales, production, and procurement to align planning. Analyze and resolve capacity constraints and material shortages. Monitor forecast accuracy and adjust production schedules accordingly. Manage inventory levels to optimize service levels and minimize costs. Recommended Qualifications Extensive experience (5+ years) in master scheduling or production planning within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor) for planning, scheduling, and data analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize production schedules and capacity. Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, capacity planning, and supply chain principles. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to coordinate across departments (production, sales, procurement).
