Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and inventory targets. Monitor schedule adherence, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions to maintain production flow. Recommended Qualifications 5+ years of experience in master scheduling or production planning within a manufacturing environment. Proven proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Infor) for planning and scheduling. Strong analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, capacity planning, and supply chain principles. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to coordinate across departments. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field. Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or similar process improvement methodology. Experience with advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software (e.g., Kinaxis RapidResponse, SAP APO, Oracle ASCP). Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel modeling for scenario planning. APICS CPIM or CSCP certification. Project management experience, particularly in system implementations or process optimization initiatives.
