Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) for all products. Balance production capacity against sales forecasts and customer demand. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and supply chain to align production plans. Monitor inventory levels, production progress, and material availability to ensure schedule adherence. Identify, analyze, and resolve scheduling conflicts and bottlenecks to optimize workflow. Manage lead times and ensure timely delivery of finished goods. Participate in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings to present and refine production plans. Recommended Qualifications Extensive experience (5+ years) in master scheduling or production planning within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex) for demand forecasting, capacity planning, and production scheduling. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including data analysis and optimization of production schedules. In-depth knowledge of supply chain principles, manufacturing processes, and inventory management techniques. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to align with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, sales, procurement). Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field; APICS CPIM certification preferred. Bonus Qualifications Experience with advanced planning and scheduling (APS) software implementation or optimization. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification. Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for reporting and analysis. APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
