Key Responsibilities Develop and execute validation protocols for manufacturing equipment and processes. Document all validation activities, including test results, deviations, and approvals. Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA). Experience with validation documentation, including protocols, reports, deviations, and change controls. Proficiency in data analysis, statistical methods, and relevant software tools. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills related to validation activities. Bonus Qualifications - Experience with statistical process control (SPC) software and analysis. - Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. - Proficiency in data visualization tools for presenting validation results. - Knowledge of Good Automated Manufacturing Practice (GAMP) guidelines. - Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, VBA) for automation.
