Reliability Engineer | Holland, MI Salary Range: $85,000 - $125,000 depending on experience Are you a dedicated professional with a passion for excelling in reliability engineer? The Opportunity We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Holland that are seeking skilled Reliability Engineers. Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical equipment failures. Perform Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and other reliability analyses. Optimize Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) programs. Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and predict failures. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset uptime and reduce costs. Establish and track key reliability metrics such as MTBF, MTTR, and OEE. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering. 3+ years of experience in reliability engineering, maintenance, or asset management within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in reliability tools and methodologies including RCA, FMEA, RCM, and statistical analysis. Demonstrated experience with predictive maintenance technologies such as vibration analysis, thermography, or oil analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive continuous improvement. Experience with CMMS/EAM systems (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo) and data analysis software. Bonus Qualifications Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, R) for advanced data analysis. Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for data visualization and dashboard creation. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Advanced certifications in specific condition monitoring techniques (e.g., Vibration Analyst Cat II, MLT Level II).
