Key Responsibilities Develop and implement reliability centered maintenance (RCM) strategies and asset management plans. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and recurring issues to prevent reoccurrence. Perform failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) to identify potential failure points and mitigate risks. Analyze equipment performance data (e.g., MTBF, MTTR, OEE) to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs utilizing technologies like vibration analysis, thermography, and oil analysis. Provide reliability input for new equipment selection, design, installation, and commissioning processes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset uptime, reduce maintenance costs, and improve overall equipment effectiveness. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field. 3-5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, focused on equipment reliability and maintenance. Proven expertise in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and other reliability methodologies. Experience implementing and managing Predictive Maintenance (PdM) technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret maintenance data, identify trends, and develop data-driven solutions. Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) certification preferred.
