Key Responsibilities Develop and implement reliability improvement strategies and programs for manufacturing assets. Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Optimize Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) programs using Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) principles. Analyze equipment performance data, OEE, and maintenance KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement. Facilitate Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) sessions for new and existing critical equipment. Provide technical expertise and recommendations for design improvements to enhance asset reliability and maintainability. Manage and optimize spare parts strategies to ensure availability and cost-effectiveness for critical components. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field) Proven experience applying reliability methodologies (e.g., RCA, FMEA, RCM, Weibull analysis) Proficiency in CMMS/EAM systems and data analysis for maintenance optimization Strong understanding of manufacturing equipment, processes, and maintenance best practices Experience with condition monitoring technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis) Bonus Qualifications Proficiency in data analytics tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL) for predictive maintenance applications. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification. Experience with advanced CMMS/EAM configurations and optimization (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo). Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or demonstrated experience leading complex reliability projects.
