Key Responsibilities Perform detailed visual and dimensional inspections of products and components. Verify adherence to engineering specifications, blueprints, and quality standards. Document inspection findings, test data, and non-conformances accurately. Identify and report defective materials or products, initiating corrective actions. Utilize and maintain various precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges). Conduct first-piece, in-process, and final product inspections. Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes. Recommended Qualifications Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications. Demonstrated ability to use precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges). Solid understanding of quality control methodologies, standards (e.g., ISO 9001), and statistical process control (SPC). Proven experience in a manufacturing quality inspection role. Exceptional attention to detail and strong observational skills for identifying defects. Effective written and verbal communication skills for documenting and reporting inspection results.
