Key Responsibilities Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections of products and components. Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Document inspection results accurately and thoroughly in quality records and databases. Identify, segregate, and report non-conforming materials or products. Interpret engineering blueprints, specifications, and quality standards to ensure compliance. Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality control procedures. Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives for quality issues. Recommended Qualifications Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications. Demonstrated ability to use precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges). Solid understanding of quality control methodologies and relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001). Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills for defect identification. Experience with documenting inspection results and non-conformances.
