Job Title: Production Team Leader / Supervisor Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team, providing guidance, coaching, and continuous feedback to support employee development Prepare, organize, and maintain administrative reports related to the area Oversee production line operations to ensure targets are met in alignment with established KPIs Identify issues, implement action plans, and monitor results to drive continuous improvement Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards across all operations Train and guide employees on assembly procedures and work instructions Requirements High School Diploma (required) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Knowledge of quality tools and problem-solving methodologies (e.g., Pareto Analysis, 5 Whys, etc.) Experience in people management and conflict resolution Availability to work onsite in Barueri, Monday through Saturday, second shift (2:00 PM – 10:22 PM)
