Business Development & Sales Head Location: Pasay (On-site) Level: Director / VP / AVP Work Schedule: Monday to Friday Role Overview: This leadership role is responsible for driving business growth, expanding client relationships, and leading the sales strategy across the organization. The position focuses on developing high-impact business development initiatives, managing key accounts, and achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: Business Development Strategy – Formulate and execute sales and growth strategies aligned with organizational goals. Team Leadership – Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture. Client Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Revenue Growth – Drive sales initiatives to meet or exceed revenue targets. Market Insights – Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities. Qualifications / Requirements: Proven experience in business development and sales leadership roles (Director/VP/AVP level) Strong track record of achieving revenue targets and business growth Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Ability to operate in an on-site environment in Pasay
