What You'll Do: Deliver high-quality physical therapy services in an outpatient setting. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement individualized treatment plans. Document evaluations, progress notes, and outcomes using efficient, therapist-friendly systems. Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercises. Participate in ongoing professional development and advanced clinical training opportunities. Schedule & Expectations: Full-time, standard outpatient hours. See an average of 11 patients per day. Weekly follow-ups and timely interview process with potential offers extended within 1-2 weeks. Preferred Qualifications: DPT preferred, but Master's degree with extensive experience considered. 2-4 years of outpatient experience ideal, but new grads welcome. Active Physical Therapy license in Louisiana or eligible via compact license. Candidates from inpatient backgrounds may be considered if transitioning to outpatient. Strong communication skills and a patient-centered mindset. No history of licensure suspension or disciplinary action (background checks required). Why Join Us?
