Proficiency with ERP and WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). Proven ability to analyze inventory data, optimize stock levels, and implement inventory accuracy programs. Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, cycle counting, and physical inventory processes. Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma certification or similar continuous improvement methodology. APICS CPIM or CSCP certification. Proficiency with advanced data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI) for inventory optimization and forecasting. Experience with warehouse automation technologies (e.g., AS/RS, AGVs). Project management experience, particularly with WMS or ERP system implementations.
