Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) Willmar, Minnesota Hospital / Pediatric Outpatient + Adult Coverage 13-Week Assignment Day Shift | 5x8s Pay Package Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,332/week Position Overview Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) for a dynamic role in Willmar, MN . This position is primarily pediatric outpatient , with some adult inpatient coverage , offering a well-rounded clinical experience across age groups. Key Responsibilities Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Treat pediatric patients in outpatient setting Provide occasional adult inpatient coverage as needed Deliver therapy across a wide range of diagnoses and conditions Educate patients and families on care plans and progress Maintain accurate documentation (Epic preferred) Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team Requirements Active Minnesota OT License (or proof of application REQUIRED) Minimum 1 year of OT experience Experience in pediatrics, outpatient, and acute care REQUIRED BLS Certification (AHA) Epic experience preferred New grads accepted if prior pediatric experience as a COTA Assignment Details Schedule: Mon–Thurs: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Mix of pediatric outpatient + adult inpatient Must live 50+ miles from facility (no locals) Holiday work may be required Important Compliance Notes Fingerprinting required in-person in Minnesota prior to start Labs must be completed within 48 hours of signing Max 7 days RTO (none in first 2 weeks)
