Mechanical Development Engineer

We are looking for a Mechanical Development Engineer Consultant to support the development of innovative drivetrain solutions, hybrid transmissions, and Electric Drive Units (EDU). Responsibilities Develop mechanical components and subsystems from concept to product launch. Prepare and review technical requirements. Support development activities through calculations, simulations, and testing Contribute to DFMEA and risk assessment activities. Participate in design for manufacturing and design for assembly discussions. Work closely with suppliers and component manufacturers during development Support validation activities, data analysis, and test reporting Collaborate with quality, industrialization, and purchasing teams. Resolve technical issues during development and testing. Manage engineering changes and technical updates. Prepare clear technical reports for management and stakeholders. Qualifications: Master's degree in mechanical, Electro-Mechanical, or Automotive Engineering Experience in mechanical component or system development Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Hands-on and pragmatic engineering mindset Interest in innovative mobility and drivetrain technologies Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
