Job Description Handle a variety of labor and employment litigation matters for management-side clients Draft motions, briefs, pleadings, discovery, and other key litigation documents Support case strategy, factual development, legal research, and overall matter management Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and other litigation-related proceedings Work closely with clients to provide thoughtful, business-focused legal guidance Collaborate with a respected team of attorneys on complex workplace disputes and sensitive employment matters Manage deadlines and caseload responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-level practice Qualifications 3+ years of strong litigation experience Active Georgia bar admission required Labor and employment law experience preferred Strong academic credentials Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills Strong client communication and professional judgment Ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-performance legal environment Why You Will Love Working Here You will be part of a team that combines sophisticated work with a supportive and forward-thinking culture.
