Demonstrated ability to implement and sustain robust laser welding processes in a high-volume production environment. Bachelor's degree in Welding Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. Bonus Qualifications Experience with robotic programming (e.g., Fanuc, ABB) and automation integration. Proficiency in advanced metrology and non-destructive testing (NDT) techniques for weld inspection. Background in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies for process optimization.
