Key Responsibilities Ensure accuracy of inventory records through cycle counting, physical inventories, and reconciliation. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 5-7 years of progressive experience in inventory control or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) for inventory planning and tracking. Strong understanding of inventory management principles, forecasting methodologies, and warehouse operations. Proven ability to analyze inventory data, identify trends, and implement optimization strategies. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Bonus Qualifications Lean or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification. Advanced proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) or SQL for complex data analysis. APICS CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) or CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) certification. Experience with WMS or ERP system implementation and optimization projects.
